About the event

Swansea University is excited to announce that it is hosting a Teacher and Advisers’ Conference on Tuesday 17th July 2018 at our Bay Campus

At a time when the demographic profile of 18-year-olds means they have more options in Higher Education than for many years, the ability of young people to cope with and prosper at university is coming under ever greater focus. This begs the question 'what is it we can do to best help prepare students for success in Higher Education and beyond?'

Our conference is themed around questions surrounding what kind of learning is of benefit to young people; the latest research on learning styles and digital education; and the art of instilling resilience and related skills in our students.
