Conferences, Exhibitions & Meetings

The Great Hall Complex on Swansea University’s new Bay Campus offers one of the finest venues in Wales in which to host conferences, meetings and exhibitions.

With its 700 seat Sir Stanley Clarke Auditorium available for large plenary sessions, a bar area and gallery space for catering, networking, receptions and exhibitions, and an array of tiered lecture theatres and flat floored spaces on the ground level which can accommodate from 30 to 350 delegates, the Great Hall complex offers an ideal space in which to host large conferences.

Depending on the size and nature of the event, the building can offer a self-contained venue for conferences or can work in conjunction with other facilities on the Bay Campus (including the adjacent state-of-the-art School of Management and Engineering Quarters), which offer further meeting and exhibition spaces. For residential conferences, the campus also offers convenient and affordable on-site delegate accommodation from June to September.
