The intensive 8 Week Academic Pre-sessional (Level 3) programme will build your confidence and enable you to begin your undergraduate or postgraduate degree with a good understanding of the expectations of academic study at a UK university. The courses will help you to develop the following:
We aim to make your pre-sessional study with us as relevant as possible to your future degree programme by providing subject-related course content. Each week includes 23 hours of organised tuition. In addition, you will be required to carry out a programme of self-study and complete a number of individual assignments. During the course you will build a portfolio of coursework which will be used as part of your final assessment. You will also have a personal tutor who will meet you regularly to help you to develop individual targets to help you achieve your academic goals and to write your individual project.
The 8 Week Academic Pre-sessional (Level 3) gives you the skills you need to maximise your confidence and improve your skills before you begin your degree at the start of the academic year.

Course fees include books and course material.
There is a small charge (approx. £10 per person) for the social events to cover the cost of food, refreshments, and bowling. The attendance at these social events is optional.
The minimum age to attend all ELTS summer academic pre-sessional programmes is 18 years. There is no maximum age.
